BENBULDUM CAMPAIGN AND REWARD PROGRAMS
USER AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES, PURPOSE AND LEGAL NATURE
This Agreement is entered into between users participating in the campaign, referral and reward programs offered via BenBuldum.com ("Platform") and BenBuldum, for the purpose of regulating the terms, limits and conditions of such programs and the rights and obligations of the parties.
The campaigns do not constitute a partnership, agency, dealership, employment relationship or a guarantee of continuous income. Participation is entirely voluntary and no earnings or rewards are guaranteed to the user.
2. DEFINITIONS
Platform: BenBuldum website and mobile applications.
BenBuldum: The platform operator organizing and managing the programs.
User: A natural or legal person registered on the Platform.
Parapuan: Non-cashable reward points usable only within the Platform. 1 Parapuan = 1 TRY equivalent; however, it cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Referral Code: A unique referral code or link assigned to the user.
Finalized Transaction: A transaction for which refund, cancellation,
objection and chargeback periods have fully expired.
Category Factor: A multiplier that varies by listing category.
3. BENBULDUM PARAPUAN REWARD PROGRAM (SHARE & EARN)
Users may earn Parapuan by sharing their own listings through their referral codes, based on valid clicks.
3.1 Valid Clicks
Repeated, suspicious, or automated (bot) clicks are filtered by the system and are not included in earnings. Duplicate clicks from the same user or device are not counted as valid.
3.2 Earning Rates
The following limits are applied on a calendar month basis.

3.3 Category Factors
Earning amounts and per-listing caps are multiplied by the following factors based on listing category (Corporate membership example):

Note: The total reward Parapuan earnable per listing may not exceed the standard listing fee for the relevant category as determined by the Platform. If the calculated amount exceeds the standard listing fee, the standard listing fee shall apply as the reward Parapuan cap.
3.4 Usage Conditions
Parapuan points become available 1 month after being earned and must be used within 6 months from the date they were earned. Expired Parapuan points are automatically invalidated.
Parapuan points are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cashable, non-inheritable and may only be used for services determined by BenBuldum.
4. BENBULDUM FREE LISTING ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM (INVITE & EARN)
Corporate users (companies) may earn free listing entitlements by inviting other non-individual companies to the Platform. Entitlements are granted when the invited company activates its registration using the referral code.
4.1 Earning Rates

4.2 Usage Conditions
Free listing rights become available 6 months after being earned and must be used within 1 year. Expired rights are automatically invalidated.
Registrations completed without a referral code shall not give rise to any entitlement. Free listing rights are non-transferable and non-cashable.
5. BENBULDUM REWARDING REFERRAL PROGRAM
Under the BenBuldum Rewarding Referral Program, users earn a 10% commission based on the finalized spending of users they have referred to the Platform.
5.1 Commission Rules

5.2 Payment and Transfer
Commissions are calculated 2 months after the transaction is finalized and are accrued during the first week of the relevant month. This waiting period is required for the completion of the 14-day cancellation right and potential objection periods.
Payments made via wallet are not included in commission calculations. Only payments made by credit card or debit card generate commissions.
Corporate users receive payments only upon issuing a valid invoice. Individual users do not receive cash payments; rewards are granted solely as usage rights on meal cards or similar spending platforms designated by BenBuldum.
6. CANCELLATION, REFUND, CHARGEBACK AND CLAWBACK
In cases of cancellation, refund, chargeback, objection or payment-provider-initiated reversals, rewards shall not be deemed finalized.
All rewards previously accrued, paid or made available may be clawed back by BenBuldum through set-off, entitlement reduction or direct claim against the user.
The user irrevocably waives any claim, objection or compensation request in such cases.
7. MISUSE, FRAUD AND EVIDENCE RECORDS
In the event of fake traffic, bot usage, collusive or sham transactions, related accounts or any conduct contrary to the purpose of the campaigns, rewards shall be cancelled and user accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.
BenBuldum reserves the right to use IP addresses, device data, session records, traffic logs, timestamps and system records as legal evidence.
8. TAX OBLIGATIONS
The user acknowledges that all tax, duty and statutory obligations arising from earned rewards belong solely to the user.
BenBuldum bears no responsibility for tax declaration, assessment or payment on behalf of the user.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND KVKK COMPLIANCE
Personal data processed within the scope of referral relationships shall be processed in compliance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable legislation.
The user represents and warrants that they have duly informed the referred persons regarding such data processing activities.
10. UNILATERAL AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION
BenBuldum reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any campaign or program, partially or entirely, with or without prior notice.
No claims may be asserted for any rewards that have not become finalized.
11. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT
The user acknowledges and agrees that BenBuldum campaign and referral programs do not guarantee earnings, that rewards may be revoked in cases of cancellation, refund, chargeback or misuse, and that program terms may be amended by BenBuldum.
12. PREVAILING LANGUAGE
This Agreement is provided in both Turkish and English for informational purposes. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity or conflict between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
13. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved by the user and shall remain valid for as long as the user benefits from the programs.
