INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP AND LISTING PUBLICATION AGREEMENT

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”); between BENBULDUM INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD. CO., located at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Neighborhood, Poligon Avenue, Buyaka 2 Site, Block 3, No: 8 C, Inner Door No: 1, Ümraniye / Istanbul, Tax Office: ALEMDAĞ, Tax Number: 1631142265 (hereinafter referred to as “Benbuldum”), and the real person who creates an individual membership and benefits from the services via the Benbuldum.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”), has been concluded electronically.

  1. PARTIES

This agreement has been prepared for the purpose of regulating the procedures and principles regarding distance sales transactions between the Benbuldum.com platform, which provides listing publication services, and the Member who purchases services through the platform.

  1. DEFINITIONS

Portal: The Benbuldum.com website and mobile applications.
Membership: The Member’s right to create an individual account on the portal, publish listings, and benefit from services.
Listing: All content such as text, images, videos, etc., prepared by the Member for the purpose of promoting a product or service.
Artificial Intelligence Review: The initial automated review of listings by automated systems.
Final Review: The final review of listings that pass the artificial intelligence review by Benbuldum officials.
Listing Approval Period: The period within which the listing is published within a maximum of 24 hours.

  1. LISTING PUBLICATION RULES

3.1 General Rules: Listings must contain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Misleading or incorrect listings may be removed.
3.2 Prohibited Content: Misleading, fake, illegal, obscene, or pornographic content is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Visuals and Content: The listing title and description must be consistent with the subject of the listing. Contact information may not be added to visuals.
3.4 Fraud Prevention: Payments must be made only through secure systems provided by Benbuldum.
3.5 Review Process: Listings are approved within a maximum of 24 hours.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data belonging to the Member is processed and protected in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. For detailed information, the Explicit Consent Text and the Clarification Text may be reviewed.

  1. E-GOVERNMENT INTEGRATION

Benbuldum may perform identity verification through e-Government integration during the listing publication process. Listings may be audited by the systems of the Ministry of Trade.

  1. PAYMENT SYSTEMS

Payment transactions are carried out through payment institutions. Card information is not stored in the system, and all responsibility belongs to the payment institution.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

The parties shall not be held liable in the event that obligations cannot be fulfilled due to natural disasters, war, epidemics, infrastructure problems, or cyber attacks.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

  1. ENTRY INTO FORCE

The Member declares that they accept this agreement by approving it electronically. The agreement enters into force on the date of approval.
