BENBULDUM.COM CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP AND STORE USAGE AGREEMENT

  1. PARTIES

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) has been executed electronically between BENBULDUM INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD. CO., located at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Neighborhood, Poligon Avenue, Buyaka 2 Site, Block 3, No: 8C, Inner Door No: 1, Ümraniye / Istanbul, Tax Office: ALEMDAĞ, Tax Number: 1631142265 (hereinafter referred to as “Benbuldum”), and the legal entity or commercial enterprise that creates a corporate membership and benefits from the services on the Benbuldum.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporate Member”).

  1. DEFINITIONS

Portal: The Benbuldum.com website and mobile applications.
Corporate Member: Companies, businesses, and sole proprietorships conducting commercial activities, publishing listings, or receiving services via Benbuldum.com.
Store: The dedicated area where the Corporate Member conducts commercial activities and manages listings.
Authorized User: The person who manages the store on behalf of the Corporate Member.
Listing: Content published by the Corporate Member for the purpose of selling or promoting products or services.

  1. CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP AND STORE MANAGEMENT

Corporate membership may only be created by commercial enterprises and legal entities. The Corporate Member is obliged to provide all information and documents required for store creation and listing publication to Benbuldum. Authorized users may be assigned. Benbuldum reserves the right to request additional documents when deemed necessary.

  1. LISTING PUBLICATION RULES

4.1 General Rules: Listings must contain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Misleading listings may be removed. Multiple listings for the same product are not allowed. Price information is mandatory.

4.2 Prohibited Listings: Listings that are misleading, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, contain terrorist propaganda, or violate trademark and copyright rights are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Content and Visual Rules: Images and descriptions must be consistent with the subject of the listing. Listings containing images taken, altered, or used without authorization from other platforms, or misleading visuals, will be removed.

4.4 مكافحة Fraud Prevention: Payment transactions must be carried out only through secure systems. Benbuldum may suspend suspicious listings.

4.5 Review Process: Listings undergo manual and AI-assisted checks and are finalized within an average of 24 hours.

  1. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

The Corporate Member is obliged to pay the fees determined for store creation and listing services. In the event of non-payment, services may be suspended.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

No liability shall arise in cases beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, and infrastructure failures.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

  1. PRICING POLICY

Fees shall be applied based on the prices valid at the time of purchase. In the event of early cancellation of commitment-based packages, the discount difference shall be charged.

  1. PAYMENT INTEGRATION

Payments are made through payment service providers. Card information is not stored in the system.

  1. SERVICE CANCELLATION

In case monthly payments are not made, the service shall be suspended and the system shall switch to a prepaid model.

  1. LISTING REMOVAL AND SUSPENSION

Listings that are misleading, incorrect, or subject to complaints may be suspended or removed from publication.

  1. ENTRY INTO FORCE

The Corporate Member accepts this Agreement by approving it electronically. This Agreement shall enter into force on the approval date.
